Hi, I’m Lise Colucci, LMT #29542. I offer bodywork designed to meet you where you are—whether it’s relieving pain, easing tension, or simply giving your body a chance to slow down and reset. Every session is designed to help you feel lighter, more comfortable, and more connected. My goal is to create a space where you can pause, breathe, and leave feeling balanced, at ease, and more yourself.

I work collaboratively with you, focusing on what feels most important in the moment. I draw from techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to address tension and tightness while supporting overall comfort and mobility. Everything is adapted to what feels right for you that day.
